Job Description
- Write robust C++ code across our serving systems, real-time pipelines, and the optimization backend.
- Run A/B experiments to ensure your algorithmic changes genuinely improve campaign performance in the real world.
- Take ideas from whiteboard math to production reality. Handle the full lifecycle such as brainstorming, design, coding, launch, and operations.
- Translate complex ad quality problems into technical realities, working closely with Data Science, ML, and Product teams.
- Jump seamlessly between debugging low-level C++ infrastructure issues and debating high-level statistical models.
