Job Description
- Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SME’s
- Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc.
- Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.)
- Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.
- Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs
- Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives
Manage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results
- A rigorous, data- driven, and highly analytical mindset proven track record of growing, scaling the business KPIs
- Advanced understanding of optimizing and improving customer journey
Experience of leading and working with cross functional teams to deliver common objectives
- Degree in Marketing or related field with 10-15 years’ experience
- Experience in in banking / financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation etc.
