On-Call Position Days, Evenings, Weekends Provides assistance to emergency situations, work cancellations and additional coverage No minimum weekly/monthly hour requirements Wage starts at $17.00 per hour based on experience.   The ideal candidate will: Must be able to get along with pets as we are a pet friendly community. Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in house cleaning or in a retirement community is preferred   Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use a stepladder to perform basic cleaning duties Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors. Have a keen attention to detail.
