Interior Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities Include:  - Serves as project manager with oversight for the execution of assigned projects typically under $250,000 and of minimal complexity in terms of stakeholders, number of contracts involved, scope of work, occupancy type and/or function and timeline expectations. - Leads the development and management of project parameters such as scope of work, budget, timeline and project team (stakeholders, consultants and vendors). - Coordinates the project process to ensure the intended goals are met; prepares and participates in presentations illustrating the project intentions. - Ensures all code and governing jurisdiction requirements are in...
