Brutos by Vision33 is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Business One (Production-focused) Implementation Consultant to help breweries and distilleries streamline operations with our industry-focused ERP solution powered by SAP Business One. 

Brutos by Vision33 is a beverage ERP software that helps brewery and distillery manufacturers increase operational efficiency and gain 360-degree visibility into their business. It is an all-in-one ERP software that harnesses the power of SAP Business One to centralize data by combining front- and back-office functions.

Your blend of responsibilities: 

• Lead full-cycle SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, and migrations for brewery and distillery customers.  

• Guide clients through business process improvements and identify system gaps and optimization opportunities.  

• Build strong customer relationships through ongoing consultation and problem-solving.  

• Configure solutions, create documentation and reports, and support successful rollouts.  

• Collaborate with internal teams and support sales initiatives when needed.  

• Contribute ideas for product enhancements and continuous innovation. 

 

The ingredients you’ll bring to the team: 

• Strong interest in the craft beer and/or spirits industry.  

• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP Business One highly preferred; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is an asset).
• Focus in ERP Production is an asset. 

• Familiarity with companion solutions and cross-system integrations.  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.  

• Understanding of manufacturing workflows is advantageous.  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse clients.  

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and/or craft beverage software (e.g., OrchestratedBEER, Ekos, BrewMan, Crafted) is beneficial.  

• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
