Automation Superintendent - Commercial HVAC

The Automation Superintendent oversees manpower scheduling, field installation, commissioning, and quality control of automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, and building automation equipment. This role ensures automation projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. The superintendent supports project teams, coordinates subcontractors, and provides technical guidance to field personnel.   Needs to work with operations team to manage the field personnel scheduling of both installation and programming/graphics activities. The primary objective is to ensure project schedules are kept while minimizing inefficiencies due to lack of planning.
