Job Title: Adventure Product Coordinator
Reports to: Sr. Product Line Manager, Performance - Teva
Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)
The Role
As the Adventurer Product Coordinator for Teva, you’ll support and execute key responsibilities for the Teva Bureau of Adventure (TBA) and the Teva business. You’ll manage advanced concept product creation, product testing, sample forecasting, system management, and athlete and partnership management. You’ll serve as a key communicator across teams, actively collaborating with product, marketing, design, development, and merchandising to drive alignment and improve decision making. You’ll own data management and organization, lead the product testing program, and be a key stakeholder in day-to-day business needs. This role is ideal for a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment.

Your Impact
- Manage product testing, sample forecasting, and data organization to drive measurable results
- Communicate and coordinate cross-functionally to support alignment and decision making
- Drive seasonal briefs and line plans for the category
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to create and update TBA product and athlete strategy
- Oversee athlete and partnership management to build brand credibility and authenticity
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1-2+ years of related product, operations, or marketing experience
- 1-2 years product management experience
- Experience in footwear preferred
- Skilled in analyzing sales data, consumer insights, marketplace trends, macrotrends, and competitive landscape
- Strong cross-functional communication and alignment skills
- Confident delivering presentations to large and small audiences, both in-person and virtually
- Effective at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience successfully managing and mentoring others
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Product Management systems
