Quelles seront tes responsabilités ? | What you'll do ?
Location: Mouguerre, France (On-site)
We are looking for an experienced Sr HR Manager P&R France & Benelux to join our International HR team. This senior leadership role will drive both the strategic and operational people agenda for France and the Benelux within a complex, international matrix organization.
With a strong legal background and proven experience in industrial environments, this role acts as a trusted partner to leadership, supports business transformation, and ensures compliance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the region.
The position is based on-site in Mouguerre and reports to the Senior Director, International HR. The role is a permanent member of the Executive Committee (CODIR).
What you’ll do
· Define and deploy HR strategy for France P&R aligned with global and international HR priorities.
· Manage end-to-end HR operations while contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.
· Act as key HR advisor to the CODIR and senior leadership teams.
· Lead and develop HR teams, fostering collaboration within a matrix organization.
· Drive industrial relations agenda, including preparation and animation of CSE meetings.
· Ensure compliance with French labor law and local regulations.
· Support organizational change, talent development and engagement initiatives.
What we need
· Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
· Experience in international, matrix organizations.
· Strong labor law and employee relations background.
· Proven people management experience.
· Fluent in French and English.
