Job Summary
As a Senior Technician, you will be the face of our Naperville branch, performing expert-level service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems within residential and light commercial settings. You aren't just fixing machines; you’re restoring comfort and safety to our neighbors' homes.
Key Responsibilities

Expert Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex malfunctions and determine the most efficient, cost-effective repair paths.

System Maintenance: Perform precision tune-ups to extend the life of client equipment.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 10+ years of dedicated HVAC service experience is required.

Credentials: High school diploma (or equivalent) and NATE Certification.

Communication: Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners in plain English.

Reliability: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
