Practice Manager

We are seeking a hands-on and highly effective Practice Manager to join our established leadership team, supporting daily clinic operations and helping drive exceptional patient experiences. This individual will provide onsite leadership, support providers and staff, and drive operational consistency across the Pinnacle network. The ideal candidate excels in team management, problem-solving, and workflow optimization, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. They will partner closely with shared services teams—including HR, IT, facilities, finance, and marketing—to maintain smooth operations, support staff development, and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
