Intern with German in Payroll Team

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:
- Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.
- Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with processing and maintaining payroll‑related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support data collection and validation related to sick leave (absence data) required for payroll processing.
- Assist in processing basic Travel & Expense (T&E) data in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with Payroll team members to ensure smooth execution of day‑to‑day activities.
- Maintain documentation and support data tracking to ensure compliance with payroll procedures and standards.
Our requirements:
Ability to read, write and communicate in English (min. B2)
Ability to read, write and communicate in German (min. B2)
Ability to work in Microsoft Office
Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly
Nice to have:
Any experience in Payroll/HR related positions
Knowledge of any ticketing tools (e.g. SNOW)
Knowledge of Payroll or HRIS systems
