Job Description
As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the team's delivery of a seamless, high-end hospitality experience for our passengers. You will:
Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations
Deliver Excellence – Ensure top-tier service and presentation standards
Manage Operations – Oversee smooth lounge functionality and staff training
Innovate & Improve – Implement new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
Work closely with the Lounge Manager to ensure compliance on our sops and excellence on our standards and service
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or lounge management
Strong leadership & people management skills
A passion for delivering 5-star customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
