Role Overview

StarCompliance is seeking a Sales Operations Manager  to be the operational engine behind our Go-to-Market organization and a strategic partner to the CRO. You will scale our revenue organization, a true “Chief of Staff" of our CRO and our GTM team. This role will own key revenue operations functions, including Salesforce administration, forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, reporting, and sales analytics, while helping drive strategic growth initiatives across the business.

As a lean, high-growth SaaS company, you'll have broad ownership, significant visibility, and the opportunity to influence how we scale our revenue organization.

AI-First Culture

We're building an AI-powered revenue organization. We expect this role to embrace AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and eliminate manual work. Experience incorporating AI into day-to-day operations is essential.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and serves as a trusted operational advisor, partnering closely on strategic planning, executive reporting, board preparation, and cross-functional initiatives to help execute the company's growth strategy.

Location

Location is key, we want the ideal candiate to go into the office a few times a month, to sit side by side with the CRO and CFO.
