Job Description

What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company.  We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027.  The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.  If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

Leads APQP execution for complex NPI programmes by driving supplier quality readiness, risk mitigation, and robust validation. Applies advanced problem solving, core tool expertise, and cross functional influence to achieve first time right launch outcomes. Guides suppliers in strengthening processes and quality systems while enabling effective collaboration between Plant, SDE, and programme teams.    
"1.Lead APQP execution for medium  to high complexity NPI programmes across multiple suppliers or regions.
2.Drive detailed readiness reviews, risk assessments, and validation planning for new supplier parts.
3.Apply advanced problem solving and CI practices to resolve APQP gaps and prevent launch risks.
4.Ensure strong PFMEA, control plan, MSA, and SPC deployment aligned with NPI requirements.
5.Manage supplier escalations and facilitate cross functional alignment between Plant, SDE, and suppliers.
6.Lead safe launch governance and validate effectiveness of containment and preventive controls.
7.Build and analyze APQP performance dashboards to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
8.Support supplier development actions to improve capability, maturity, and NPI performance sustainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech)/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/Automotive/Production/Industrial
"1.Minimum 10~14 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and ,APQP ,program management, Supplier Development and Quality
2. Min 6 - 8 years of experience in handling New projects, Resourcing projects, Supplier planning, Supplier developmant and/or Program management.

Skills:

3. Experience in working with global customers & suppliers."

2. Problem solving tools (8D, A3, VSM, DMAIC, BPI)
3. Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA)
4. Core manufacturing processes
5. Project Management
6. Certified internal auditor (ISO/IATF & AS9100), Six Sigma Green Belt, CQI, CSQP
7. Basic knowledge of Digital Tools and technique"
