We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have a CNA and have previous experience in an assisted living community.

Responsibilities for our Resident Care Coordinator include the following:

• Filling other gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
• Maintaining Caregiver/Med Tech schedule.
• Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
• Handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
• Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organize and help with medical transports
• Maintaining shift change notes.
• Communicating regularly with administration.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Head RCC

 

It is preferred that candidates will have a CNA or  MED TECH CERTIFICATON and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
