We’re looking for an experienced Travel Manager to lead our corporate travel program across the U.S. and Canada. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll shape the traveler experience, optimize costs, and bring innovation to how we manage travel.

What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of our North American travel program, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and traveler-friendly experience from end to end.
Oversee daily corporate travel operations for employees across the U.S. and Canada
Serve as the Concur Travel expert, managing system configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support
Support travelers with booking challenges and partner with technology teams to resolve issues quickly
Leverage advanced ticketing expertise (exchanges, refunds, fares) to ensure accurate, compliant travel support
Manage and optimize relationships with our Travel Management Company (TMC) and key suppliers
Ensure negotiated airline, hotel, and car rental rates are loaded correctly and fully utilized
Lead supplier and contract management efforts to maximize service levels and cost savings
Own the Duty of Care program, ensuring traveler safety, risk management, and compliance
Analyze travel data and provide insights that inform vendor negotiations and internal decision-making
Identify and drive cost savings, process improvements, and productivity gains
Ensure travel policy compliance while supporting internal stakeholders across the business
Partner with global colleagues to align on best practices and maintain consistency across regions
Create training materials and guide travelers on tools, policies, and best practices
What You Bring
You’re a subject matter expert who knows corporate travel inside and out—and you’re always looking for ways to make it better.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong experience administering Concur Travel (direct client environment)
Deep knowledge of Sabre GDS (10+ years preferred)
Advanced ticketing expertise and solid understanding of industry regulations
Proven experience managing TMC relationships and supplier contracts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Track record of driving cost savings, process improvements, and measurable results
Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a global environment
CTC or GTP certification is a plus
