CREW MEMBER (Age 16+)
Crew members deliver a high-quality experience by prepping, baking, and serving our signature products. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to keep operations running smoothly.

- Prep, bake, and serve pretzels and other menu items.
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
SHIFT LEADER (Age 18+)
The Shift Leader directs store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

- Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Prep, bake, and serve products while delivering excellent customer service.
