This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance across all processes.
What you’ll do:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounting Manager o take ownership of Record-to-Report activities and lead core accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance across all processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Own and drive the month-end close and reporting process
- Oversee RTR activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and high-risk GL accounts
- Maintain a strong control environment, including SOX compliance
- Support audits and statutory reporting
- Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders
- Lead and develop the team, and partner with business leaders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years’ experience in a multinational environment
- CPA Qualification would be a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP , IFRS and statutory requirements would be a plus
- Fluent in Turkish and English
