ABOUT THE JOB Ceva-Phylaxia seeks applicants for the full-time position of Continuous Improvement Specialist in the Continuous Improvement team within the Operational Excellence Directory of Ceva’s Phylaxia Campus in Budapest’s 10th district. WHAT YOU’LL DO Reporting to the OPEX Director, you will be responsible for driving simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, while supporting business transformation through faster, simpler, and more efficient ways of working. YOUR DAY TO DAY Analyze business processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste. Design and implement process improvement strategies and lead CI projects end-to-end. Document processes, results, and improvements. Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis workshops. Support quality initiatives to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction. Deliver training and coach teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies. Stay up to date with industry trends and CI best practices. Prepare reports on improvement initiatives and support change management and stakeholder engagement. WHY CEVA-PHYLAXIA?
