BI Developer & Data Analyst Student

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

A data- and programming-oriented student role focused on driving process improvements and team efficiency. The position includes building dashboards and data visualizations, developing automation and end-to-end processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The role involves working with tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel, while continuously exploring and adopting new tools and approaches with a proactive and curious mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Data Science or Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization)

• Availability for at least 2.5 days per week

• Strong understanding of data models and database design

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for data collection, analysis, and interpretation

• High proficiency in Python

• Solid SQL knowledge

• Experience in generating reports from multiple data sources

• Familiarity with data warehouse environments and reporting processes

• Experience with Power BI – an advantage

• Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Capability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide improvements

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
