Job Description

Part of M&C Saatchi, this specialist division partners with governments, civil society, academia, and the private sector, to work on the critical issues of our time, including, conflict prevention and sustainable development. We provide a fully integrated, end to end service, combining multi-disciplinary communications teams with subject matter experts, across the world. Reporting into the Head of Media and Performance, the Media Manager will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in media planning and campaign management, delivering exceptional results across various media channel. Working with a talented, diverse and multi-disciplinary team, they will be a key player in the Indo-Pacific media and data team that will be working on content dissemination on a global level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, including setup, reporting, and optimisation

  • Utilise media planning and buying tools effectively

  • Integrate digital and offline media for a cohesive media plan

  • Contribute to agency media strategies and operations

  • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive campaign execution

  • Manage internal team and publisher relationships effectively

  • Develop and implement media strategies using both paid and organic media

  • Optimise campaigns based on insights from media data and performance metrics

  • Stay updated with industry trends for strategic planning

  • Analyse media data to drive performance and achieve business goals and KPI targets

  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement

  • Ensure media strategies contribute to client business objectives

ABOUT YOU

  • You're a data-driven strategist — you know how to analyse market data and media consumption trends across traditional and digital channels, and use those insights to shape smart, audience-specific media strategies

  • You're a hands-on campaign manager — comfortable running day-to-day campaigns across platforms like Google Campaign Manager, DV360 and Meta Ads Manager, with a sharp focus on optimising toward KPIs and maximising ROI

  • You know how to build strong partnerships — from briefing and negotiating with publishers and data partners to managing external relationships that keep campaigns delivering on time and on target

  • You're naturally curious and test-driven — you enjoy collaborating with the team to design and run A/B tests across ad variations and landing pages, always looking for ways to improve performance

  • You bring digital media expertise — hands-on experience across the Google Search and Display Network, programmatic advertising, and major social platforms like Meta and TikTok

  • You're fluent in data and performance metrics — able to translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

  • You're skilled in analytics and reporting — experienced with data management and reporting tool stacks such as PowerBI, Supermetrics and Tableau

  • You have a keen eye for detail — precision and accuracy matter to you in everything from campaign setup to reporting.
