What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and Optimize: Perform 24/7 shift-based monitoring of global network performance, identifying and resolving issues before they affect operations.
• Respond and Resolve: Act as a key responder for network incidents, conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and Improve: Execute routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, configuration changes, and hardware replacements to keep our network robust.
• Secure and Comply: Implement Zero Trust security principles using tools like ClearPass to ensure secure network access.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to integrate network solutions seamlessly with other systems.
