Owning the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to making recommendations and celebrating great hires
Partnering with hiring managers as a consultant and coach to support strong hiring decisions and a great candidate experience
Building talent pipelines through networking and creative sourcing — LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and community events
Guiding candidates through the process with respect, transparency, and professionalism
Developing new and innovative ways to attract top talent across a wide variety of roles
Serving as a brand ambassador, sharing the Logan Health story in ways that inspire candidates to join our mission

You don't just "do recruiting" — you live it. You're excited by the challenge of finding the right fit and love the thrill of connecting people with opportunities.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience (administrative support, sales, marketing, customer service)

Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and a willingness to learn new tools
Preferred:
Previous recruiting and/or project management experience
HR certification
You'll thrive here if you're:
Not afraid to jump into new projects or lead initiatives that improve processes and outcomes
A collaborative teammate who does well in a supportive, high-energy environment
