Technology Facilities Management Analyst

• Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of DG Sets, LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System etc. • Knowledge of new facility creation Projects with installation & commissioning knowledge of DG Sets, LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System etc. Site handing over / taking over knowledge etc. • Coordinate & assist in routine breakdown & preventive maintenance of infrastructure & BMS equipments / Annual scheduled downtime maintenance activities. • Should be able to explore the options for energy conservations with necessary cost saving analysis / user awareness emails etc. • Should be able to do necessary Client Communication for taking required approvals/ sharing the RCA’s and evidences etc. • Should be able to handle internal & external Audits and fulfill necessary Audit requirements. • Should be able to manage Data center activities/up gradation Projects etc. • Facility upkeep & inventory management for electromechanical consumables. • Day to
