Machine / VHP Operator (2nd shift)

You will operate and execute VHP cycles (evacuation, heating, pressing, and cooling) Assemble and align precision die sets and load raw materials Monitor vacuum integrity and hydraulic pressure throughout runs is part of your role Further, you will maintain detailed batch records and equipment logs for quality control Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, and be able to organize and perform housekeeping in the guidelines of 5S You will also support operations in other departments and operate equipment, including lathes, cutting and fabrication equipment, chemical refining, and bonding Participate in productivity projects to improve efficiency of operations
