Location/Work Type: Home base is our Nashville Branch Office: 2525 Perimeter Place Drive, Suite 110, Nashville, TN 37214. Includes local travel to various client environments like school campuses, industrial plants, and corporate office spaces.
Schedule: Full-time. Hours and shifts vary based on your active operational rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Requirements/Qualifications: Recent college graduate (up to 1 year post-graduation) or graduating soon, with strong people and leadership potential.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a structured one-year rotational program built to prepare young professionals for long-term executive careers. In this leadership track, you will gain real-world operational and corporate skills across every major area of our business.
Hands-On Operations: Work directly alongside frontline teams in janitorial, and specialty services to master core operations.
Crew Leadership: Master operational workflows by scheduling employees, managing crews, tracking jobs, and executing quality and safety audits.
Corporate Strategy Rotations: Gain critical exposure to HR (interviewing, onboarding), Sales (prospecting, proposals, presentations), and Finance/Accounting (budgets, AR/AP exposure).
Leadership Execution: Serve as an Operations Leadership Associate by managing local quarterly performance goals and learning to handle fast-paced environments from industrial plants to corporate office spaces.
What You Bring To The Team
Recent college graduate (within 1 year post-graduation) or graduating by this Spring/Summer.
Ability to commit to the full 12-month program (July–June).
Willingness to work in a highly physical indoor and outdoor environment.
Flexible schedule to adapt to changing rotational shifts, including occasional evenings/weekends.
Excellent communication skills, a safety-first mindset, a customer-focused attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
