Junior Coating Advisor - Marine & Protective Coating

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will independently provide technical advice to customers based on best practices and product knowledge. You will support key projects and site inspections, including troubleshooting and handling on-site complaints. You will also share product performance feedback with the local Technical Sales & Service team and ensure timely, high-quality reporting on important projects that support future business growth.

The position is based in Dhaka and reports to the Technical Sales and Service Manager.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide on-site technical guidance to clients and applicators on proper paint application methods, ensuring compliance with product specifications.

• Follow Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and established procedures while independently managing assigned project activities to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

•  Support and participate in assigned inspections in line with company policies and guidelines to gain practical inspection experience.

• Collect and record inspection data using relevant tools to support preparation of inspection reports.

• Participate in trial applications and observe actual coating applications to understand product application criteria.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering from a any institution.

• 2–3 years of experience in paint inspection and quality assurance.

• FROSIO or NACE certification is preferable.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skill.
