PURPOSE Driving change throughout Builders FirstSource locations via ERP and technology strategies is key in our ability to continue to service our customers in the future

This role will be key in that change as we move from older, outdated ERP’s to one systematic platform
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA business processes across one or more functional areas (OTC, Transportation, STP, Warehouse, Production) Act as a subject matter resource for business process execution within SAP and integrated systems Partner with IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between solution design and operational execution Provide onsite and/or remote support during system deployments, cutover, and go-live events Assist end users with real-time transaction execution and issue resolution during high-pressure go-live periods Reinforce standard work and correct system usage at the point of execution Identify, document, and escalate issues following defined governance and support models Support weekend or off-hours deployments as needed Participate in Hypercare support activities following go-live to ensure operational stability Provide hands-on guidance to users to reinforce correct transactional behavior Identify adoption challenges and recommend targeted interventions to improve user proficiency Promote standardization and discourage legacy or workaround processes Capture field-level insights, issues, and best practices for continuous improvement Contribute to knowledge repositories to support future deployments and ongoing operations Capture lessons learned and support incorporation into future deployment waves Collaborate with Deployment Hub, IT teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment Support clear communication and coordination across teams during deployment and stabilization Help resolve conflicts or ambiguity related to process ownership and execution at the site level SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. 4+ years relevant work experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding of ERP’s and how they integrate with business processes

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law
Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company’s active bonus policy for the respective year
