Overview Paid Social Manager – Mars Veterinary Health (EMEA) We’re hiring a Social Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns for one of the world’s most recognised brands—Mars. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the social strategy behind a high-profile, newly won account, working across 56 EMEA markets. You’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that genuinely make an impact—driving appointment bookings, leads and meaningful engagement across both consumer and B2B audiences. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing Lead the strategy, planning and execution of Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta) across 56 EMEA markets, driving measurable business outcomes Translate client objectives into clear, effective social strategies that deliver performance across lead generation, bookings and traffic Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, working closely with the client servicing team to ensure a seamless experience Oversee campaign activation and optimisation, supporting and guiding an Account Executive (based in India) to deliver high-quality output Own budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, ensuring efficient spend and continuous improvement Partner with local market planning teams to align regional strategies with local insights and opportunities Identify process improvements, champion best practice, and contribute to training, knowledge sharing and Paid Social growth across the wider team Qualifications Skills we’re looking for Experience in Paid Social (ideally 3+ years), with a strong focus on performance campaigns Hands-on experience with Meta platforms and a good understanding of biddable media Confidence working with data—able to analyse performance, identify trends and translate insights into action Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience mentoring or supporting others, with an interest in developing people and building collaborative teams Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets and stakeholders, staying organised and focused A curious mindset with a genuine interest in digital media, consumer behaviour and how technology shapes engagement What’s in it for you High-impact work: Be part of a major new client win where your ideas and decisions directly influence success Regional exposure: Work across 56 EMEA markets, gaining invaluable international experience Ownership & growth: Take real ownership of campaigns and strategy, with the opportunity to develop leadership skills Collaboration at scale: Partner with global, regional and local teams—plus manage and mentor junior talent Variety & challenge: Work across consumer and B2B audiences in a fast-evolving, performance-led environment Career progression: Build expertise in Paid Social within a high-performing and supportive team Learning culture: Contribute to and benefit from best practice sharing, testing, and innovation across the agency Additional information Starcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
