The Career Advisor provides personalized pre-employment support to clients, including resume development, job search assistance, and interview preparation. Acting as a central point of contact, they help clients identify job targets, connect with Employer Liaisons and Employment Specialists, and align client skills with available opportunities.

The role includes maintaining accurate records, delivering workshops, and staying current with labour market trends and community resources. Career Advisors ensure clients receive the tools and guidance needed to achieve sustainable employment, while upholding Prospect’s mission and standards.
