Job Description
- Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards - Adhere to department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - This is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. - Greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition in a timely manner. - Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages. - Keep record of room availability and guest’s accounts, manually or by computer. - Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests. - May post and correct charges to guest’s folios (bills). - Make and confirm room reservations for guests. - Assist in the group sales efforts as specified by Hotel Leadership. - Complete all...
