As a Store person at our Paget branch, you play a vital role in keeping the world moving by ensuring our industrial products reach our customers efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly. 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries. 

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service. 

  • Support inventory management and stock handling as required. 

  • Assist in local deliveries to customers. 

This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling and heavy lifting for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.  

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment is desirable. 

  • A valid Driver’s License is essential 

  • Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory. 

  • Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace. 

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 

  • Strong customer service ethics and natural problem-solving abilities. 

  • Experience in Industrial Hose, Hydraulics, or similar industrial background (Desirable)
