What we are looking for:
We are seeking an ONSITE HR Coordinator, to •Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and new hire orientation, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The person in this role will assist employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures. Tasks will include coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations. Other important contributions include, support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed, as well as, help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events. All while ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
