Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and providing a positive client experience. In this role, you will assist union members who have requested information about available benefit programs and guide them through a simple virtual consultation process.
You will be responsible for connecting with members, answering questions, reviewing benefit options, scheduling appointments, completing digital documentation, and ensuring all information is handled accurately and professionally.
This opportunity is well-suited for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable building relationships in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Managing inbound and outbound communication with members.
- Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments by phone or video.
- Explaining available benefit programs in a clear and professional way.
- Providing support and answering questions throughout the process.
- Completing applications, forms, and required documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and following quality control standards.
- Participating in training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization, time management, and follow-through.
