Location: Tananger, Norway Business Unit: IntelliServ Reports to: Global Operations Manager
The Mechanical Design Engineer will support the IntelliServ product line, focusing on the development, optimization, and reliability of wired drill pipe and related network components. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and customer engagement to drive product improvements, enhance adoption, and ensure seamless integration with IntelliServ-enabled drilling systems. Additionally, the role will emphasize product strategy, ensuring IntelliServ continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions for high-speed data transmission in drilling operations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams—including engineering, operations, and sales—as well as external customers and partners to drive technical excellence and product innovation.
