Can Press Operator

The Can Press Operator will operate our state-of-the-art Can Press Decorator, ensuring precision and quality in every production run. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and strong time management skills. You’ll work hands-on with equipment while also utilizing computer software to monitor and adjust production settings.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:

You’ll work hands-on with equipment while also utilizing computer software to monitor and adjust production settings.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Operate the Can Press Decorator to produce high-quality pilot cans
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in print work aligning with design specifications
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Use computer software to monitor production metrics and adjust settings as needed
Qualifications Include:
- Experience with printing processes, color measurement, art separations, and platemaking preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision work
- Comfortable working hands-on with machinery and equipment
- Basic computer skills for equipment monitoring and adjustments
- Previous manufacturing or printing operations experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
