About the role
This role leads an engineering team responsible for delivering robust process engineering solutions that ensure built-in quality across all products delivered to customers. The position plays a key role in driving process stability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to support manufacturing excellence and business objectives.
What you will do
- Lead process engineering initiatives focused on cost reduction, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical leadership in resolving complex manufacturing, test, and process-related issues.
- Drive optimization of processes to ensure long-term stability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on accountability and results.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Business Development teams to execute operational and strategic goals.
- Establish clear objectives, track performance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or similar high-volume manufacturing industry.
Technical Experience
- Strong background in semiconductor Final Test operations.
- Experience in Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, or Equipment Engineering within Final Test.
- Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), System Level Test (SLT), and Test Handler Turret Machines.
- Strong capability in data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause problem-solving.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, production control, capacity planning, or project management.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or multi-site engineering teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution of short- and long-term projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions.
