Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our new incoming clients, as well as maintaining a healthy and productive relationship with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between our engineers and clients
  • Conduct post-launch case studies and reviews
  • Address client issues that surface post-launch
  • Ensure customer success long term
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A background and/or interest in healthcare and science is a plus.
  • Is a proactive (not simply reactive) self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Has expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a demonstrated record of success
  • Constantly wants to improve and motivates themselves and others
