Manager, Airline Support Engineering

This role is responsible for leading & developing an engineering team that provides structural, mechanical, electrical, and powerplant repair services for aircraft & components. The position ensures regulatory compliance through oversight of damage assessments, repair designs, and adherence to FAA Airworthiness Directives and OEM Service Bulletins, while serving as a key liaison with the FAA and aircraft customers. The role also supports organizational growth through business development, customer engagement, & continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to establish performance metrics are essential, as the position drives process improvements, team development, & alignment of engineering activities with overall business objectives.
