Manufacturing Engineer

Harvey Performance Company is a fast-growing manufacturer of precision cutting tools used across aerospace, medical, and automotive industries. We’re hiring our first Manufacturing Engineer at our Cuyahoga Falls, OH site to support a growing pipeline of process and equipment improvement work. This role is hands-on early, working on the shop floor with CNC, brazing, and post-production teams, then transitions into leading projects from kickoff through completion. You’ll drive cycle time and setup improvements, support layout and documentation work in AutoCAD, and partner cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency, and overall shop performance.
