ServiceNow Developer (ITSM + Employee Center Pro)

Experience

  • 2–5 years

Role

  • Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM applications
  • Build and enhance Employee Center Pro / Service Portal

  • ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) [in.linkedin.com]
  • Employee Center Pro or Service Portal experience [in.linkedin.com]
  • Basic scripting (JavaScript)
  • Workflow/Flow Designer

Responsibilities

  • Configure ITSM modules
  • Build portal pages and catalog items

Good to Have
