Customer Service Specialist with Fench

Job Description

Your responsibilites:

Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status;
timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners;

clarifying customer complaints;
checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.

Our requirements:

C1 level of French and communicative level of English;

knowledge of Dutch (Flemish) would be an advantage;
relevant work experience in customer service;
experience with SAP or other ERP system;

experience working with customer service systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Genesys) would be an advantage;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results
