Technical Leader - Marine & Construction

We are seeking a Technical Leader for Crane & Lifting Equipment to guide our skilled Technical Advisors and act as NOV’s escalation point for complex crane-related challenges. In this role, you will lead a growing team across Kristiansand and Molde, provide expert troubleshooting for offshore crane systems, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Rentals, and Workshop teams. This is a high-impact leadership position within TESS, supporting our global installed base and ensuring continuous, world-class technical support for customers.
