About Us
The Role
We’re looking for a leader to shape how the Fanatics Credit Card lives in sports culture. You will define who we show up with and how we show up—owning partner strategies and social content that drives conversation, earns attention, and builds relevance with fans. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set the voice of social content, bringing authenticity, energy, and storytelling that resonates deeply with our audience.
What You’ll Do
Partner & Creator Strategy
- Own partner and creator programming, including identification, strategy, creative briefing, contracting, and performance measurement.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships that deliver authentic, shareable moments.
- Build frameworks for evaluating impact, engagement, and cultural relevance.
Social Content & Storytelling
- Develop and execute social-first campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Be hands-on in content creation—from ideation to publishing—ensuring work feels native to each platform.
- Test emerging platforms and creative formats to keep the brand relevant, talkable, and connected to fans.
Campaign Integration
- Integrate talent, influencer, and social activations into cohesive campaigns aligned with credit card launches and key sports moments.
- Collaborate with Creative, Growth, Social, and PR teams to amplify campaigns and align on storytelling.
- Leverage Fanatics’ ecosystem—teams, leagues, events, and fan communities—to maximize reach and relevance.
- Drive creative experimentation to uncover new formats, trends, and engagement tactics.
Measurement & Playbooks
- Partner with our social team to track performance of social campaigns against awareness, engagement, and business impact goals.
- Rapidly iterate based on insights, building scalable playbooks for repeatable success.
- Set standards for excellence and authenticity across all creator-driven content.
Cultural Leadership
- Define and evolve the brand’s voice and presence within sports culture.
- Monitor trends across sports, culture, and social to inform proactive, relevant activations.
- Set the bar for taste, quality, and cultural relevance across all social and creator work.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years leading talent, influencer, or social content initiatives.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
- Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and sports culture.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator partnerships, and emerging content formats.
- Strong cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly creative with a bias toward action.
- Strong network in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle creator ecosystems is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
