Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently Process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems Configure and perform minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units Work alongside Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery
