Sales Lead, Part Time (Keyholder) - King of Prussia Mall

The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. 

At this time, we’re on the lookout for a Part-Time Sales Lead (Key Holder) who will be working with Julie from our King of Prussia, PA team. The store is located on the upper level of the King of Prussia Mall.

What you will be doing

As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in store on the sales floor. Your experience in sales, menswear or store operations will mean you take the lead regarding some aspects of the store sales or operations. You'll be passionate about customer service and always put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You'll have experience in sales and enjoy supporting colleagues in providing an incredible customer experience. 

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have either premium retail, menswear or general sales experience. As a key holder, you'll have some experience with operational tasks such as cash handling, reports or following directives. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and keen to join a high performing team of sales professionals.
