What You Will Do
· Perform skilled commercial/industrial painting and coatings work
· Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship while meeting production expectations
· Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
· Recognize and report hazards; help maintain a safe job site
· Use tools, materials, and equipment properly and efficiently
· Participate in ongoing training and career development
· Work with minimal on-site supervision while supporting a highly engaged crew

Basic Qualifications
· 1+ year commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience
· Strong safety awareness and knowledge
· Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment
· Valid driver's license + clean MVR
· Reliable transportation (job sites may vary)
· Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening
· High school diploma preferred

· OSHA-10 knowledge (certification a plus)

Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 15–50 lbs
· Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work
