NP - Heart Failure

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Heart Failure Clinic team to work onsite at our Mary Black Campus. This role will include seeing heart failure patients via telehealth with our robust community paramedicine program, and some clinic appointments. New grads will not be considered. 

Position Highlights: 

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm; Friday 8:00am-2:00pm 
• Weekday/Weekend call rotation 
• In-office position 
• Primary location: Spartanburg Medical Center-Mary Black Campus, Spartanburg, SC (flexibility to support additional SRHS locations as needed) 
• Collaborative team environment working alongside Cardiologists & Hospitalists within an established health system 

Minimum Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of APP Cardiac experience required 
• Must demonstrate high flexibility and willingness to float between campuses as needed 
• Must be able to work independently
