We鈥檙e looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, driving growth, strengthening relationships, and ensuring clients see ongoing value in our services.

This is a consultative, commercially focused role where you鈥檒l balance customer outcomes with revenue growth, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to expand each account.


What You'll Do

  • Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, with accountability for revenue growth and retention
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, projects, and solutions
  • Lead regular account reviews, aligning Wanstor鈥檚 services to customer goals and future plans
  • Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Manage commercial conversations including renewals, pricing, and contract discussions
  • Proactively spot risks within accounts and take action to protect revenue and relationships


What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager role within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience growing and retaining customer accounts
  • A solid understanding of core IT services such as managed services, cloud, security, and modern workplace
  • Ability to hold credible conversations with technical stakeholders, even if you are not hands-on
  • Confidence in leading customer conversations, including commercial and strategic discussions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
