We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Catering Sales Manager (Wedding Sales) to join the Catering and Conference Services team at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the emotional significance of weddings and has the sales expertise, market awareness and service instinct to convert wedding enquiries into exceptional celebrations. From intimate solemnisation ceremonies to elegant wedding lunches and grand wedding dinners, the successful candidate will play a key role in positioning Four Seasons Hotel Singapore as one of Singapore’s preferred luxury wedding destinations.
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore offers wedding packages for both intimate celebrations and larger events, with wedding lunch and dinner packages currently designed for 100 to 300 guests in venues such as the Four Seasons Ballroom and Crescent Ballroom. The Hotel’s wedding offering includes Chinese set menus, suite stays and curated pre-event experiences, reflecting the luxury positioning expected of the brand.
About the Role - Catering Sales Manager (Wedding Sales)
The Catering and Conference Services Department plays a vital role in driving catering revenue and delivering meaningful events for our guests. Within this team, the Catering Sales Manager (Wedding Sales) will be responsible for developing, managing and converting wedding business for the Hotel.
The incumbent will manage the full wedding sales cycle, from initial enquiry, consultation and proposal development to contract negotiation, detailing handover and post-event follow-up. This role requires a strong balance of sales discipline, emotional intelligence, creativity, operational understanding and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work closely with wedding couples, families, wedding planners, event partners and internal hotel teams to deliver a seamless and highly personalised wedding journey that reflects Four Seasons’ standards of luxury and genuine care.
What You Will Do
Proactively solicit and convert wedding business through active prospecting, lead follow-up, bridal show engagement, wedding planner relationships, site inspections, email outreach and client appointments.
Manage wedding enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate information, persuasive proposals and strong conversion discipline.
Conduct personalised consultations with wedding couples and families to understand their preferences, priorities, cultural requirements, guest profile, budget expectations and overall wedding vision.
Prepare tailored wedding proposals, quotations and contracts, ensuring that each recommendation reflects the Hotel’s positioning, available venues, package inclusions, menu options and revenue objectives.
Conduct compelling site inspections of the Hotel’s wedding venues, including the Four Seasons Ballroom, Crescent Ballroom, solemnisation venues, guest rooms, suites and relevant food and beverage spaces where appropriate.
Build strong relationships with wedding couples, families, wedding planners, bridal partners and relevant industry contacts to generate referrals, repeat business and market advocacy.
Maintain an active understanding of Singapore’s wedding market, including competitor pricing, package inclusions, venue positioning, bridal trends, auspicious dates, seasonal demand patterns and customer expectations. Wedding sales roles in Singapore commonly require strong experience in catering sales and wedding banquet handling, with emphasis on enquiry follow-up, sales conversion and market knowledge.
Drive wedding catering revenue by achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets, conversion goals and booking pace expectations.
Collaborate with the Director of Catering and Conference Services on wedding sales strategy, pricing recommendations, promotional initiatives and tactical action plans to maximise wedding revenue.
Partner closely with Banquet Operations, Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, Public Relations and other relevant departments to ensure all confirmed weddings are executed with precision and care.
Ensure a smooth transition from sales confirmation to event detailing and operations, with clear communication of the couple’s expectations, special arrangements, cultural or religious considerations, menu requirements and VIP details.
Prepare accurate Banquet Event Orders, resumes, change logs and internal communication documents, ensuring timely circulation to all relevant operating departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Golden Sales & Catering, including leads, activities, traces, booking status, contracts, lost business reasons, revenue details and client preferences.
Monitor tentative bookings, deposits, contract deadlines, payment schedules and cut-off dates to protect the Hotel’s revenue position and minimise business risk.
Work with the Culinary and Banquet teams to support menu discussions, food tasting arrangements and wedding-specific service requirements.
Provide creative and commercially sound recommendations to couples on wedding flow, menu selection, beverage arrangements, venue set-up, enhancement opportunities and guest experience touchpoints.
Represent the Hotel professionally at wedding showcases, bridal events, partner activations and other sales opportunities where required.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and proactively, ensuring appropriate service recovery and escalation where needed.
Prepare regular reports on wedding leads, confirmed bookings, lost business, conversion performance, revenue production, market feedback and competitor intelligence.
Ensure that all wedding events comply with health, safety and local regulations, as well as Four Seasons policies, standard operating procedures and service standards.
Participate actively in Catering team meetings and contribute ideas to improve wedding sales performance, client experience and operational coordination.
What You Bring

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in catering sales, wedding sales, event sales or banquet sales, preferably within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
Prior experience handling wedding banquets, solemnisation events, social events or luxury celebrations will be highly advantageous. Similar wedding sales roles in Singapore commonly seek candidates with 3 to 5 years of catering sales experience and wedding banquet exposure.
Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business and achieve assigned revenue targets.
